Jo Zhu (Mengyang Zhu)
Associate China Representative
Our only Chinese employee, Jo Zhu studied English language and International Business at Dalian University of Foreign Languages, China.
She started her career in 2004 as an international trading staff at Minmetals Zhejiang China. From 2006 to now, she has been working for the Canadian stockist, Global Stainless Steel Inc., as China Office Manager to take care of the purchasing and the export. From the year 2007 she joined SMR team as associated China representative to assist the Chinese–related market research (field visits, phone interviews, etc.)
She has been in charge of meeting arrangements and interpretation, with her knowledge, experience and contact base in this industry. She also writes monthly Chinese market reports and mill updates.
